    Feng Shui-ing Neighbors

    I have nasty, nasty neighbors living in the apartment below me, So I am using tiny mirrors and tin-foil under my area rugs to reflect their energy back to them. They consider me to be negative energy to them, andam afraid if they are practicing feng shui too, what happens if they are doingsomething similar, like using mirrors to reflect my energy back to me? Does this cancel it out?
