    Fixing an 'inauspicious' home situation

    I have lived in my home for 8 years. I have recently become interested in feng shui due to a need to fix a few personal situations (health, finances, etc.) My initial investigation has revealed that I am a "north" person. My home faces west, which seems really bad. I really love the home, but I wonder if some of my issues are related to this incompatibility. Can it be enhanced in any way or do I really have do a major remodel or move?Would a professional consultant even be able to help me? Thanks ever so much for your help! -Brenda
