    My house is been in the market for almost a year.

    myfs_121980 posted a topic in General Help
    Last year it was seller's market. We got an offer last year, the first day we had an open housebutthe buyers back outand held usupfor almost 30 days.Until the market slows down. Now it's buyers market and real estate slows down. We lowered our price 4 times now, and my house is now below market value, butwe still don't know what else we need to do. Our house is almost empty except for bedrooms (we still live in it). We tried to make sure it's always clean so we can show it anytime. I am becoming desperate. Please let me know what we should do to sell my house soon hoping not to reach the anniversary month (August).Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
