Dear Cecil, My next door neighbors are a nice young couple, but their lifestyle includes loudy heavy metal music, drinking, barking dogs, late night visitors with noisy cars, all of which is conducted in their garage and on their front porch which is only a few metres away from my bedroom and my 10 month old son's bedroom (we live in a group of stand alone villa units). I have tried talking to the neighbors and asking them to moderate the noise, and they are very understanding and promise to be quieter, but then the noise continues. Are there any feng shui cures I can use to either help reduce the noise or help me to be less bothered by it? (The one good thing coming out of this is that my son is learning to sleep through almost anything! I just wish I could.)
