    Hi Master, My friends and I have started a design studio dealing with Interior, graphics and web design. I have checked and found out the elements of us to be: Vince: Strong Yang Fire. Focus: Weak Yin Fire. Max: Weak Yang Wood. Baozhu: Strong Yang Wood. Its seems that we are opposing one another. Pse advise on any actions I can take to make our office a better working environment? Thanks for your enlightenment.
