Dear Cecil/Robert, I will be getting the keys to my new flat directly from HDB next week. I was reading the door opening procedure from this link: http://www.geomancy.net/consultation/consult-home/gettingkeys.pdf Since I'm getting the keys from HDB office, there's no facilitator. Is there another way to do the procedure? Also, because it's a completely new flat, there's no stove yet. Do I wait for renovation to complete before I carry out this procedure? Lastly, is it ok to enter the unit first without doing the door opening ceremony? What are the negative consequences for doing so, if any? Thank you!

After dividing my house using the 8 house theory, I found one of the sectorsis split almost evenlybetween my master bedroom and another room. Since this is a favourable sector for me, does this mean that I should locate my bed in the part of the master bedroom where the favourable sector is?

Dear Robert, I noticed that one of your Earth Luck articles says that a common leak is due to the toilet being near the centre of the flat. I will be picking a brand new flat from HDB soon and I realised that ALL the units have been designed such that the toilets are near to the centre of the unit. The toilet bowls are not right in the centre but it's a couple of metres away. I would like to seek your opinion on how serious such a problem is and whether the issue can be rectified. If there's no remedy, it's going to be quite a tough decision.
