    Further clarification on feng shui apt

    I'm new here and hope to get further explanation pertaining to my feng shui report on my apartment number. My apt is: Blk 101-17-4, year building was built estimated in 1999/2000. The '81 Interpretation' analysis stated as 5 + 1 = illness & sickness. How does the 81 interpretation arrived at such analysis. So far for the 4 years of staying in my apt, there has been no major illnesses for me & my husband. No doubt, my daughter would experience minor sickness which is common for all small children. I keyed in '17-04' as the flat no.Did I key in the correct flat no.? Would really appreciate your expert input on this matter.
