My husband and I are trying to sell our home. As everyone knows this is a very bad time to sell but we need to move back to our home town. The problem is no one is even looking! What can we do using feng shui to get people to come and look? We have done everything the realtor has suggested. Our home is now listed for less than we have in it. People say it is too small but there is nothing we can do about that-2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The lot is large- 1/2 acre with a pool in the southeast area with a waterfll that flows toward the house. The house faces north and there are no obstacles, the yard is fenced, privacy fencing along the west side & wire hidden by shrubs on the east. There is a fish pond on the southwest side. The house is a rectanglem the lot is an L with the house in the front-pool in the back "extra" section. Can you offer any ideas? We really need to leave here, the sooner the better. Thank you!
