    Tree in front of rental property

    myfs_139999 posted a topic in General Help
    After reading this forum I am aware a tree in front of themain door is bad.I have a big bamboo tree right in front of the main door. Its 3 metres away from the main door. However,this house is currently rented out. Doesthis still affect me even though I don't live there? I try to sell this property for thepast 12 months and have no luck. I growth this bamboo to cover up the sewage pipe. Do I need to remove this bamboo or trim the bamboo down as long as there is no truck pointing toward the door? Can you please help? Your prompt & kind assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks you in advance Patty
