Dear Sir, I just relocated my work desk. However, directly above my work desk is a concrete beam. Under Fengshui, overhead beam is a taboo as it can cause "sha qi", that can cause ill effect; both health and careerto the person sitting below over time. I got to know thisfengshui website andhave searched for fengshui advice and cures.The traditional cure for concrete overhead beam is hanging of wooden flutes. However, mine is an office and it would be in appropriate for me to hangflutes on the beam, install a false ceiling or paint the beam which are common ways to fix overhead beam. As such, i wish to seek advice to see whether is there any simpler way to fix overhead concrete beam other than those mentioned earlier. Will placing a potted plant at the work desk helps?
