    renovate and move into a new house in 2011

    Hi Master Cecil I bought a hdb flat this year which has a door facing the east. I was advised recently that EAST is a very bad sector this year and I should not do any renovate or move into the house this year as it is sitting west and facing East. I have the following questions which I hope you can help me with:- 1. Would there be any difference if I renovate the house and change the direction of the door by building an inner door? i.e face North instead 2. If i renovate this year but only move in after CNY next year, would it be better? 3. If I have to move in this year, are there any ways to minimise the 'damage' / disturbance? 4. Does the misfortune or happenings limit to this year? ie. things will be ok after next year CNY. 5. What is your best advice to me?
