    Apartment Near Creek

    I would like to consult you on curing our current rented apartment setup. We live in the second floor of an apartment. Upon entering the main door, you will see the kitchen immediately at the back.On the left is the bed on the right are windows and below it is the creek. The water flowing is moderately fast and unclean. I'm aware that this is unlucky. I have started to experience lots of unexpected payments. Including repairs and bills. I'm hoping you could provide a cure for this situation other than finding somewhere else to live. Thanks Very Much Mycos
