Hi Master, My house advertised for sale since beginning of the year has not been sold successfully. Those similar qualities houses advertised in the same batch have already sold except mine. Some said activate the NW with some red or yellow flowers could help. Some also say clear the clusters will able to sell house quickly. Unfortunately none of them work for me. My house is facing NE at 63.3 degree. Selling price is based on market value and potential buyers came and view but gone without further negotiation. Is there any way to attract serious buyer or sell house quickly? Thank you.

Hi Master, I have a trapezoid shape of corner lot house with narrow back andwide front. On my right side (looking from outside) is the garden and am planning to have back extension. From internet research and finding, many said for a good feng shui, kitchen must be located at the right side of the house (looking from outside into the house). Is that true?
