  1. I would like to ask for clarification. When you analyse the house number and the year that it was built. Is it based on the first time that a house was built on a lot? example: 1970 But since the old house is delapidated, they will demolish old house to build a new one this year 2012. So in house number and year analysis, what would you use 1970 or 2012?
  2. Hi! We are planning to buy a house. It was built in 2008. Foreclosed by the Bank. It is located at LOT 10 BLOCK 2. It is also Fourth in the row.I'm thinking LOT 10 in chinese means death plus it is in 4th. Our family is composed of An Ox, a Snake and a Rat. Will it bring Wealth luck, Success Luck, Career Luck? Since it was foreclosed, Overall is it good or bad?
  3. We are planning to buy the house of a relative (grandma), but she was brutally murdered by her male house helper. We want the house for sentimental values. It has been in our family for over 80 years. Someone said it is not good property because her spirit will always haunt the place. But we think since we are her relatives maybe her spirit will not harm us. What do you advice? Will the negative energy always be there? Should weBuy the property for our own use or Sell them because of what happened?
