  1. Thank you for your reply. This has given us a peace of mind as we now have solutions.
  2. Hi, I and my husband have just moved into new rental property. few months later, the agent informed us to grant access for valuation people to assess the property. When asked, the agent can't confirm if the landlord is going to sell the property, claiming that he is still considering. Here's the complicated part, we have been actively trying for a baby and should this place be sold to new owner, who may intend to move in, we would have to move out by January or Feb next year. I could be pregnant by then. I am well aware that moving while pregnant is not a good idea. We are now agonising over few options. One is to take action now and terminate the contract (of which we have financial repercussions) and move to somewhere else. Secondly, I have been advised to stay put while waiting for landlord's decision and set up second home and bed at my parents-in-law place. The notion is to have second home and bed there. That way, if the new owner kick us out from the apartment, my husband can pack and move everything to my in-law's garage. My questions are: 1. Is the setting up second home and bed at in-law place a good idea? 2. If that option was taken, can the old bed be used again by us or it has to be given away? 3. any other ideas is welcome, we are at our wit's end with this. Thanking you Fionn
