Dear Mr Lee, I have applied for a two room flat located at Ghim Moh Valley during last SBF exercise and have yet to select an unit. I have surveyed the environment and found that the corner units facing South West to be quite an ideal choice among the rest, reason is because of its scenery and no direct exposure to the sunlight. Judging from the setting of the surrounding infrastructure the bestway to reduce the noise from the road and MRT track could be to stay at higher levels (max 30th floor). Could you kindly advise if Blk26 #244 is an ideal choice? How would you say about the other units of Blk26 and Blk27? Please refer to the attachment for site plan and illustrations of the precinct.
