    Dear Sir, I planning to buy this HDB resales flat. Main door sit south face north 341.7° Everything looks great accept my neighbour is a temple. My main concern is that I finish work late in the night and need to walk pass this neighbour. Will there be any side effects on me. Appreciate your advices to this matter. Regards Tang
