  1. Photos taken from Paya Lebar MRT.
  2. Well said Master, better avoid the trees all the time.
  3. Pictures of the Substation built, facing Stack 10. Looking at the Site Plan, looks like the Bin Centre will be built next to the Substation too. Understand that Substation and Bin Centre are not ideal in terms of Radiation and Smells. Any other concerns in terms of Feng Shui? If interested on Stack 10, above how many floors will be better? Would Stacks 9, 16 & 15 be affected by Substation too?
  4. Close up shots of the Sky Park, touted as the "Younger Brother" of MBS Sky Deck.
  5. Exclusive Views from the nearby Commercial Building, with some sneak peeks on the Sky Park...
  6. Close up views of the future Sky Terraces.
  7. More recent pictures, the CBD views of Block 122 are almost blocked...
  8. Alternative view across PIE, taken from Block 121 Paya Lebar Way, with a good view on the garden above the MSCP.
  9. Detailed Review on TRE Residences by Property Guru: http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/new-project-launch/reviews/tre-residences-review-113832
  10. Phase 1 sold out still: http://theedgeproperty.com.sg/content/seaside-residences-sees-392-units-sold-launch-weekend
  11. Seaview with the price of noise... Is it worth it? West Coast Seaview also need to put up with AYE.
  12. Wah Chim, my Feng Knowledge not Power yet.
  13. Pictures of the Model at Showflat near Aljunied MRT:
  14. Yes slowly... Recent pics taken from the top of Block 122, the view is disappearing floor by floor.
  15. All 3 makes me feel quite dizzy... :-)
  16. These two are pretty odd too... :-)
  17. Perhaps that's why Geylang Properties with Sims, Guillemard, Aljunied or Paya Lebar addresses are more popular... :-)
  18. Another angle taken from nearby HDB Blocks, so far built up to around 6 storeys.
  19. This has to be the oddest layout I have ever seen... If there's anything better, let us know. :-)
  20. Haha, in my humble opinion: Small = 99 units or less, Medium = 100 - 499 units, Large = 500 units or more.
  21. If there are any thread on nearby TRE Residences, I don't mind share some pictures too. :-)
