    Hi Master Lee, Thank you for your advise. It was much appreciated on your further information on the noise pollution. I was doubtful on the cross junction facing as well as there are many housing facing the junctions and mostly are advise provided by "older" generation. Your response above gave us affirmation.     Dear Master Lee, We are looking to purchase a condo which our family members all really like. However it had a facing of cross junction which we had our reserve. The unit is on level 12 and a lifted ground. Distance from the unit to junction is approximately 20-30m Could you kindly advise? Thanks in advance.
