    Thank you so much Master Cecil, greatly appreciate for the advise? Alternatively, there are two other houses in the same estate as per the attached google map image(Unit 113 & 195). Are both of them consider "curve road sha" and worse for unit 195 because it looks a triangle shape land? Thanks in advance

    HI Master Cecil, seeking your advise here as I am thinking whether to purchase this house and the address is: 185 Springside Avenue. It is infront of a T junction estate road. Below is the image taken from google map.
