Dear Master Cecil, Thank you very much for your feedback; I truly appreciate it! Yes, the surrounding area is virgin land and the subdivision is not on a huge flat piece of land. Also, part of the rear of the plot has a gradual downward slope (left side of the plot when facing the front part/road). It's a relief to know about the indirect T junction. Your advice is well noted. I will look at another available lot within the same subdivision. I hope it's okay if I send the photos here again for a general feedback. Hello Sir, I'm looking at buying a lot in a quiet/ low density residential subdivision. I have attached photos below. I badly need your advice if this lot sits on an indirect t-junction and is on an undesirable feng shui position. Thank you Master!
