Hi Master Cecil, I am someone who fell in love with Kilat Court, and I am negotiating to buy a property there, the unit is facing the right side of the back of the temple but there is nothing pointing over at the house. Side of the temple has high bamboo plants that block the view of the temple and also, the smell does not come over into the unit as the wind blows from the other side. The north of the unit is the living area, and it is the side that is facing the temple. Based on price analysis, it is good buy, but based on feng shui, I would like to hear your opinion, and suggestions.
