Pasir Ris 8 condominium unit features a built-in shoe and utility cabinet adjacent to the front door of each unit.

I realize that following the Riversails condo, no other projects included this feature. It was thought that the government halted this due to fire hazard risks, raising safety concerns. I'm not sure why it was approved for the recent Pasir Ris 8 condo? Hmm...

However, due to the concerns of combustion or fire hazards, developers are no longer allowed to automatically provide such shoe cabinets.
