Ceiling mounted sound reduction boards at the living room external balcony area [THREE]. Sound reduction ceiling boards for all rooms facing towards the PIE and Slip Road leading to it P.S. This is not the first time a developer had provided some sound reduction for units facing busy areas. Especially units nearby to an elevated MRT track such as The Brownstone EC in Canberra/Yishun. However, such sound reduction was confined only to the living room balcony ceiling area. Was told that some owners/residents found the sound reduction boards a "sore-eyes" much like an office ceiling panels.
