  3. Firstly, Congratulations on your key collection / New Home! You wrote: 1. Change the facing of the fridge, facing away from the stove (is this recommended?) Yes, from a Feng Shui point of view, it is Okay for the side of the refrigerator to face the stove. Original means limited space and if fridge door is "right-handed-door opening" both limited space and only one person at a time to cook or use the fridge. A "left-handed" fridge door makes better sense, here. Note: Majority of fridge are "right-handed" opening. Only a handful of brands/models allow for either able to change the opening and/or allow for "left-handed" opening. There can be some advantage or disadvantages of either - will not be discussing this, here. As it has much to do with common sense. [This re-arrangement makes lots of sense since it is much easier to access the fridge especially to place items into it and or remove it. As there is now much real-estate space to do so as compared to the original design. However, (not Feng Shui) this also means that one no longer may be able to use a larger capacity (or larger width) fridge. P.S. For information, contrary to popular belief; that a fridge is mistaken as belonging to the "water element". But a regular refrigerator is considered as belonging to the METAL element. This is because when the door(s) are closed, it is virtually "all metal" (some with glass on metal doors). The only issue is if the fridge has an Ice / water dispenser module facing the stove. If so, here it is a case of "water and fire" clash. The same concern - if it is a wine cabinet with it's glass doors facing the stove = water and fire clash. Otherwise, no issue with a standard fridge facing the stove. Only thing is as mentioned above, is that this leaves not much space to load and unload items into the fridge and/or harder to either access the fridge or for another person to use the stove at the same time. Unfortunately, not many fridge have a feature to swop the door position. There are also not many fridge models that has a "left-door" opening: +++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++ +++++++ 2. Remove kitchen WC and convert into a laundry area Since this is originally a Yard (Service Yard) Toilet. No issue in moving the washing machine (WM) / converting this Yard Toilet to house the WM. In fact, this is quite a common place for some of my past clients - to do. [For some, they are not concerned even if their developer says it may VOID their warranty for this.] More... However, if one decides to turn this Yard WC into a storeroom; common sense says that the space is limited. Given that condo unit yard toilet(s) have low height ceilings - thus cannot really store much things. Furthermore, if the WC outlet pipe is not sealed properly, often after several years, when the "U-trap" runs out of water, methane gas may leak from this sewer pipe. And the area around this WC / yard may SMELL bad. Related:

It is always an excellent idea to spent some time to scrutinise a prospective sales brochure of our potential buy (purchase). 4. Recently, more and more clients have discovered to their shock (horror) that the least expected was the location of the central rubbish bin outside their unit. 5. A year ago; many had purchased a premium unit within the development .. and later shocked to learn that the central rubbish chute (for their entire floor) is just next to their main door! 6. Thus the morale of the story is to check first before signing on the dotted line. 7. In general, most developments have these:- 8.1. A central rubbish collection centre / rubbish bin collection point 8.2. Power Sub-station. Every development usually has one or more of these depending on the size of the development. 8.3. Design of club-house roof-lines / trellis / gazebo / pavilion. Are the designs a "threat" e.g. with spikes or like a razor's edge? Usually these are aimed towards lower storeys. 8.4. Any poison arrows in the form of a sharp corner of another block of neighbouring stack aimed towards one's balcony (hard to cure) or towards one's windows (if any) 8.5. Location of areas like BBQ pits and any impact e.g. the smell from these pits towards a unit.. especially low storeys such as #01 or #02 first or second storeys 8.6. Any tree trunk aimed towards a lower unit e.g. #01 or #02. Unfortunately it may be too late; especially if the development is under construction. 9. There are lots more considerations... 9.1. Still can harness the good sector luck? 2) Master bedroom door has been shifted. any issue? 3) If no door at the MBR toilet but sliding door at wardrobe, will there be any impact on that sector? 4) If the door at the wardrobe is not closed, and can see the toilet bowl from the bed, is it acceptable/ fine? Thank you! 1. Okay so long as accessibility through this area. 2. So long as the bed = especially the legs don't face this door. Else it is considered a coffin position if legs face bedroom door. 3. Fortunately the WC is to the side and not face the opening of the door or non-door. If so, not perfect but no issue. Hopefully Mrs don't have expensive leather bags etc... as they can easily become moldy. 4. Toilet bowl - especially during flushing can allow micro-droplets to fly into the air. Fortunately, it can't fly so far to the master bed. Again not perfect but still tolerable.

  17. 1. A house affected by a T-Junction is based primarily with Common Sense. 2. But often this is mixed or somehow the blame is placed onto Feng Shui. 3. In fact, 99.9% of the time it affects a landed home. 4. Where common sense says, if a vehicle for one reason or another cannot stop in time and unfortunately plow into the gate or fence of a home and some eventually also smashed into the frontage of a home. 5. Thus for one second, imagine during the above situation, two kids of the residents of the home were found playing in that house - garden. And got injured or killed by the run-away vehicle. 6. So does this sound so mysterious as to call it POOR Feng Shui? 7. PURE COMMON SENSE (PCS) is transparent. But often many of us have clouded visions and cannot see PCS clearly. 7.1 .Pure Common sense is FREE. Pure Common sense no need one to have a degree in any subject. 8. Below are some references. And if one can see majority or all the examples are that of LANDED homes. 9. Unless one is staying at Storey #02, no vehicle can fly into a #03 unit. Unless of course, one is making a stunt movie of sorts. LOL References: House A and B are considered to be at a T-junction. Touchwood!
