In 2017, saw one of the first installations of zip track blinds. This was at the newly T.O.P. development: Vue 8 condo at Pasir Ris. Today, saw an AD for something I have yet seen before… called Glass Curtains. Please note that I have no relation to the company mentioned, below. Such Block layouts are usually found above the LIFTs for newer HDB flats... For some older HDB Blocks, these layouts can be found at each staircase landing along the VOID deck area.

How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom? Total : 30 marks Thus it is not measured by whether one is a Snake and Horse. 2. The other two categories How is the luck of the Interior Feng Shui of this unit? = 35 marks. And External Feng Shui luck? + Overall score/luck. = 35 marks. Are equally looked at.

Thanks for the photos. 1. Surrounding area looks like virgin land and not exactly a huge flat piece of land. 2. Can't really see too clearly. But if I am not mistaken most likely the rear of that plot could be sloping downwards (maybe a little). 3. Generally the indirect T junction is not a cause for concern especially if the house and external is built or sited properly. 4. In my opinion one concern is the Feng Shui depends very much of built up of this house and in the future especially of what is built both directly or indirectly behind this house also.
