In my view, as long as this unit is not on the ground floor level with a PES, it is satisfactory but not ideal. It is generally preferable for the bed-head side to face the sliding door, especially for those who enjoy taking afternoon naps or reading in bed. This is because, even with the day curtain drawn, there will often be intense sunlight shining directly at us if our legs face the sliding door(s). This could potentially result in eye astigmatism due to the glare coming through the windows.

Hi Cecil, what r your thoughts about starting reno during Chinese 7th month? Not advisable? Thanks good to start or symbolically start before 7th month and continue renovations during 7th month. But safer not to start renovations during or on 7th month. Incase those things happen to stay during 7th month. and get pretty angry when disturbed. Okay to start renovations during 6th lunar month. And they like humans see the house so messy.. will know what to do and go elsewhere to stay

Master… I just saw that below the patio is car park and car park vent… does it affect us? Not perfect, but no issue as it is along the PES boundary. There are some which is directly below their bedrooms.
