Another Common Sense thing Hi Mr Cecil, my contractor told me under fengshui living room floor has to be slightly higher than kitchen, is this true? Outdated common sense. Common sense in the past because frequent washing of the kitchen flooring. Thus don't want washing water to flow into the DINING flooring. Not so much the living room. Ask contractor to update themselves. Nowadays all new homes all same level. Hopefully don't pull a fast one. Ask him.. does it mean that it will cost more for you?

Case Study 2B: Substation with Genset above This is how an existing emergency Diesel generator at Monterey park looks like:- Perhaps The Commodore use a different brand and model of a Genset. But no matter what, so long as it is run on diesel oil, there will always be a distinctive exhaust pipe. Similar to this... looking hideous.. above ground! Good news is that normally the genset will not be used at all. As Singapore has a high uptime and rare downtime of power outage. Another good news is that there should be no more than 1 or 2 such testings (if any) a year. Reference:

Case Study 2A: Buying a unit at Block 69 Stack 39? Should I be concerned with the BIN centre near to my block/stack even if it is located at the basement? 1. This Bin centre is even longer than the width of the sidewall of Stack 39. 2. Look at the Sales Showroom model to: a. Understand how a rubbish truck would have to travel to collect the rubbish? And where is this bin's depository of the many bins? Pneumatic system? Common to be jammed with stinking rubbish. b. Obtain a copy of the block layout and check where is the Basement entry into Block 69? c. In addition, often one has a habit of parking one's vehicle near to the Basement Lift lobby of Block 69? d. Even if COVID-19 is over; Do I have to wear a mask to reduce the awful smell coming from the bin lobby.

Case Study 1: Flying Star Feng Shui of The Commodore Majority of the stacks/units either face N3 or S3. Guess which frontage is more auspicious? 1. One of the directions has the double auspicious #9's at it's frontage. Very auspicious especially with real water at it's frontage. 2 The other direction either N3 or S3 has instead the double auspicious #9's wasted at the rear of the unit.
