This is quite a subjective topic, as there can be many perspectives. Especially if someone plans to sell it in the future. Locally, there are small apartment blocks next to a church, with some offering views of the church grounds. It seems to be more of a family-oriented church. In this case, some private apartments even have churches situated nearby or right beside them. Here in our country, many people are especially concerned about noise from Chinese temples and Indian mosques, such as chanting and the burning of joss sticks on the grounds. The smoke from these activities can enter homes and, over time, may be harmful to the lungs.

Hi Master Cecil, my house 3D design is out, I’m sending to you now, please help to take a look, any changes need to be done? Thanks Everything looks good. except the stove is too close to the side of the fridge. maybe either shift slightly to the left or use a 30cm by 60cm stove and or add a piece of vertical plank between the fridge and the the kitchen top. Don't want food debris also to drop thru the side of the fridge. As can make friends easily with roaches and ants who love this type of thing

Frankly, for smaller homes such as apartments, such things are considered as nice-to. But not a must-have. Under a cost benefit analysis, higher weight age goes to the following:- Focus is more of the Shapes and Forms and especially for the interior, many apply both the Flying Stars and Eight House as well as Ba zi Feng Shui. This is the reason why there are few discussions if any on Feng Shui improvements related to dimensions of openings in a home. Here, like the above Trivia, good if house have Feng Shui Ruler dimensions. But need not break an arm or leg to have it.
