Feng Shui concerns for top floor condo units
You wrote: Is it a concern if the owner of the unit has passed on a year ago (although the owner has not stayed in the property for many years but has been renting it out)? Old owner was said to have passed on in this bedroom/bed. As Imagined by Meta AI. Frankly should not be a concern. As Feng Shui is about earth luck. If owner did not stay in the unit, no issue. Is it possible to use feng shui to help to counter the above concerns? All these are not direct Feng Shui issues. How to counter? Check out the 12 Habits of Feng Shui. Boost Health, Wealth & Happiness What are other things that we should look out for? It is easy to make a one-line statement like this. The question is also… wow! How about first summarizing your life story in a single line?

Feng Shui concerns for top floor condo units
You wrote: How auspicious is it for the main door to face the staircase with door, about 1.5m to 2m apart? How can this be seen as fortunate? Hmm… Anyway, by law, all stairwell doors must stay closed at all times. This rule helps keep smoke out of the stairwell if there’s ever a fire, especially one starting in a lower unit, so people using the emergency exit can stay safe. If this rule isn’t followed, the development could face fines. The development is also responsible for making sure the stairwell stays clear of clutter, including anything residents might leave or throw there. Last word should be clutter. Feng Shui concerns for top floor condo units
Is it a good idea to buy a unit that has water leaking from the ceiling, especially if it’s a top-floor unit? The agent mentioned that the issue started about a month ago and that they’re already working with the management to get it fixed. By law, the condominium is responsible for repairing any water leakage, no matter how old the building is. A few years ago, I had a client who was also thinking about buying a top-floor unit. When we stepped inside, we immediately noticed signs of leakage. The owner living there wasn’t very willing to share more details. We decided to go up the emergency stairwell and found a water tank located right above the unit. In my view, one possible cause could be that the water tank is mounted on the rooftop. With daily expansion and contraction, its bolts may have shifted. Even if the roof has been tarred or waterproofed, wear and tear can still lead to frequent recurring leaks. What’s most worrying is the damage these leaks can cause to the home. For example, parquet flooring could get ruined, and electrical appliances nearby might also be affected. Once again, the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) needs to carry out the necessary repairs. While talking about it is easy, the whole process can take time, and by then, damage may have already occurred.

Consideration: Are vinyl floor tiles safe for residential use? Are there any potential adverse effects to be aware of?
I observed this sales pamphlet affixed inside an elevator at block 33 Margaret Drive. Notice the crimson arrow... "Zero Formaldehyde".

The Chinese belief is that two auspicious events that are close to each other represents a clash. Resulting to inauspicious luck or 冲喜. Thus in the past people will try to avoid such events that are close to each other. And 1 month between the two events is considered too close for comfort for some. How close or how many days under this is rather subjective. Some have a tendency to quote 100 days. (100 days has more to do with the later. See below.) However, some liberal Chinese argue that they are more concerned if it is/was a traditional wedding date vs ROM. Or rather ROM is just a formality. Since most Chinese only recognise a traditional wedding. Maybe you can check with a grandmother or mum. If they don’t have any issues or rather don’t have the faintest idea, then, it may make you feel at ease. Touchwood! Frankly, Chinese taboos of either marrying within 100 days of a (demise) or 3 years later .. has a higher weight age then the above. Personally, I feel that the younger generation of Chinese like yourself, can dispense with such “ ROM” traditions.- disposal of garden shrine/chinese altar
No choice, you may have to get a contractor to demolish the site. If you are doing other renovations inside your home and employing a main contractor. Would you believe that firstly this is not my hand writiing. Secondly it is most likely a previous client's attempt at finding a unit for themselves. I believe you may have to ask that client. That client says: "I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you" MAC, BTW, come find me in Russia. My name is PUT-IN. Hi Master Robert when can take down the red chye Some hang it all year round. There is no fix date. The only time that it must be taken down is that it is badly faded or worn. But if still bright red and looks new, can leave it there and then- Tanah Merah Kechil by MCC Land

- Toilet (1st floor) on top of main floor
Master, good morning, I have question regarding toilet facing. We now have 3 main door: - west door for daughters - southeast door for me & husband - north door (current old door, will be used only for guests) And currently: - daughter toilet is facing the southeast door - our toilet, guest toilet both are facing west door We have heard that toilet is forbidden facing main door. Is that true, Master? Yes, more a taboo, here. Thus yes- Around Pek Kio or "White Bridge"
Huat Kee Kway Chap $6/- (assorted intestines only) with two bowls of noodles. Very reasonable price. Flavours just right. Not overpowering unlike some others. Very good chilli sauce with a tinge of dried prawns. Not sour, compliments the intestines very well. Killer chilli sauce! Excellent! no smell, just perfect + fresh unlike from some other stalls where there were left to seat for a long time.- House Hunting Service: Master Lee, we greatly appreciate your speedy support despite your busy schedules.
