Took a chance going to Frasers Tower. No technical support - just offices.
Tried logging into Help Desk.. bring you into circles and circles.
Finally, got into Service order... keyed in like 12 times.. and later... this service is closed until further notice.
This is the first and last time.. MS. Tech support is NIL.

Meticulous keeping of clients proposals from 1996 till today
1. From 1996 to 2001, client's proposals were drafted, complied with pen and paper; scanned and archived.
1.1. This is why file directories are "client-1996.. client-1997 etc..
2. From 2002 onwards, all comprehensive Feng Shui reviews are drafted manually using Smartdraw.com 2002 software.
2.1. As year 2002 was a transition of using pen and paper with partially Smartdraw... from 2003 onwards, you will notice that from this year onwards, the file structure starts with "draw- ".
3. Root file structure showing systematic naming of each year's record.
3.1. If you are our past client, your proposal(s) are kept within one of these directories + sub-directories:-
4. For example for just one root directory = "draw-2019", each directory e.g. draw 2019 01 .. 2019 02 contains many cases / proposals:-

5.1. So that I can still open past proposals drawn as early as 2002!
6. In addition, I am still using Paint Shop Pro Version 5.00 since 1996...
6.1. Paint programs are easy to switch to alternative ones.
7. However, mainly because of the usage of SmartDraw for Windows, I have become a hostage to using PCs running true Windows.
[Apple would be good.. but I understand their dual boot to running Windows is still not as good as a PC running purely on Windows alone. Thus wanted to but apprehensive about switching over to it.]

How far ahead will you provide us with the date & time for first time opening door, move-in, start of renovation, if we were to buy it from you this month? Will it be as far as March 2021?
As we are looking at a timeline like this:
1st/2nd week of Dec 2020 after key collection -> door opening ceremony -> start of renovation (around 2-3 months taking into consideration Christmas, New Year & CNY holiday break)
Move in - should be around Late Feb 2021 or March 2021.

1. The commitment period is 3 days. (Typically, it takes around 36 hours, provided there are no unforeseen circumstances.)
2. The choice depends on the demand for specific stacks/units. Package 1 is highly recommended to cover all options. If you opt for Package 2 or 3, it may be a matter of chance.
3. Under Package 1, all stacks will be evaluated. This does not apply if you select Packages 2 or 3.
