Case Study 3: Who says Can or Cannot Buy Reviews are only restricted to ECs or Condos. This one is a review of two stacks/units at a HDB balance of flats potential purchase.
1. No two reviews are identical. Thus no two comments are often the same.
2. Can or cannot buy reviews are tedious but always done with Passion!

Case Study 1: Sample Off-site Can or Cannot Buy review of a potential three potential units in a Condo
1. This is roughly what you will get for the review.
2. Please understand that no two reviews are the same. Thus your report may sometimes differ from this.
3. What is most importantly your review will always be done with passion & contain comments to enable you to make an informed choice! -
Often, no two House Hunting or Can or Cannot Buy reviews are totally similar to a previous review.
This is another variant of the review of various stacks in this development. (And a reference was also made to another two stacks at the near-by Treasure Crest development.
For example, these reviews take many hours and always done with passion, by me.

Case Study 8: Every temple has a a burning offering mount or chimney. Some nicely decorated as a Pagoda. (Location: HDB Garden Vines BTO)

Hi Master Lee,
I would like to enquire any prayer required for renovating our current staying hdb flat?
Thank you!
It is nice to do so.
The ceremony varies with many people. As there are free thinkers, religious persons etc... other than Christians do not believe in such things.
Given the diversity even for the Chinese, one source could be to seek the advice from matriarch (Such as a grandmother) of a family or parents.

Q: “Master good afternoon
The glass backing for our study table need to be in 2 pieces. Is it ok to have it in 2 equal pieces or better to be in 3 pieces?
Thank you ??“
Reply: There is really no issue with a study table be it 1,2 or 3 lines. Equal or non equal.
Only thing not that nice to seat at a table working with a spilt line there. Based on visual common sense

Dear Mr Lee,
Wow I can't believe that the house numbers don't effect the single family home and only apply to high-rises/apartment units..
If that's true then what numbers or what situation has the greatest effect on the home beyond the rectangle and square?.
1. Please note that not everything has to do with Feng Shui.
1.1. What you wrote above is in another field. Which can be called Numerology.
2. You also wrote: "Also what areas is it best to avoid having water lines? Guessing its South since that represents Fire? The House is facing south"
2.1. Frankly, I have already replied to another similar question on the drainage. The above is based also based on Water Classics such as in the example given below:-
3. Please make an effort to read up more before posting more of such questions or sub-guessing 1,000 years of concepts and principles.
4. Furthermore, if you had made an effort to read up, the module has mentioned that the House number report has to do with High Rise. And based on Flying Star VERTICAL Feng Shui. And does not apply to landed properties.
Is this house considered located at T Junction and bad feng shui

Another house located at a T-junction
