When to open for business or start work in the year 2021?
13th February = 2nd Lunar Day
15th February = 4th Lunar Day ++
17th February = 6th Lunar Day
19th Februrary = 8th Lunar Day **
21st February = 10th Lunar Day
23rd February = 12th Lunar Day
25th February = 14th Lunar Day++ Note: Some Chinese especially the Cantonese dialect group may simply skip any number with a 4 in it.
** If a company can afford to close longer. Many would opt for 6th Lunar or 8th Lunar Day! Else 10th, 12th & 14th is simply utopian and just a dream. LOL
Most businesses usually with at least 10 or more staff usually go for dates that are based on above easy to understand and apply type of Chinese traditions passed down from generations.

Nowadays the induction hob comes with flexi zone - meaning we can place any nos of pots on it as long as they fit into the hob. For such hob design, how should we count as the hob number?
Common sense says that it is neutral. Why because you can place even or odd ....
The count refers to traditional stoves. Or those with fixed flat hobs / electric or induction....

My opinion is could you suggest me one or two condo with good fengshui.
After that i will consult with you the stake.1. There are just too many condos big and small.
Each has its good and bad units.
1.1. So what if it is a good condo. But the unit has poor Feng Shui?
Frankly, I am not like an Agent. I don't do such things.
2. Furthermore, if one is looking at re-sale condo units; there are three situations:
2.1. ONE: There are limitations for the sale at ECs. Thus so what if there are good units but none can be sold in the open market! (ECs need to reach five years for it to be eligible for sale by the owners).2.2. TWO: These not like brand new homes for sale. Assuming if no sellers of good units; then what's the point of ... ???
2.3. THREE: Such questions are akin to many questions: "Can you tell me which area of Singapore has better Feng Shui?"
2.3.1. In general district 15 and district 10! But this does not take into: Location, location, location!
2.3.2. Many homes under these two districts and especially choice locations command higher prices.
2.3.3. Don't later say.. so sorry, I know these are good locations. But my budget does not allow me to...

Very important message
While writing a date in the upcoming year 2020, we should write in its full format, e.g. 31/01/2020 and not as 31/01/20., bcoz anyone can change it to 31/01/2000 or 31/01/2019 or in between any year to suit his convenience.
So be cautious about this. Don't write and also don't accept it in any documents, lest it could lose its importance.
This problem will persist only during the year 2020.

Case Study 9: Flying Star Feng Shui facing directions of various stacks in HDB Tampines GreenSpring
1. Predominatly this development has stacks/units favourable to both the East and West Group persons:
1.1. N2, SE2 & S2 overall more suitable to East Group persons
1.2. NE1 and SW2 more suitable to West Group persons.2. However, there are many other factors such as Location, location and location + "fit" etc.. that may sway the weigthage of the above.
2.1. Thus sometimes, an East Group home may even be OVERALL better for a West Group person etc...
2.2. Depending on when the lease commencement date (LCD): this development may fall either within a Period 8 or Period 9 Feng Shui.
2.3. Thus if the development's LCD is before CNY 2024 or moved-in before this date.. could be a Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui era.
