Oh Dear! Showroom beside High Park Residences exterior facade still says 80 percent sold...
July 2019 also says 80 percent sold.
So when will it be 100 percent sold like High Park Residences or 100 Palms... hmmm...Developer: "Heng Ah! Just look at Daintree Residences and The Florence! Till todate, The Florence only sold a miserly 40% since launched more than a year ago!"

Hi Master Lee, May I know if we can have a mirror at the below circled place? It’s where the shoe cabinets are beside the door. So it will be a mirror and inside will be the shoes
Feng Shui no issue. However, may need more hinges to support the mirrors x2 else the door may slowly sag due to the weight of the mirrors.
And also in case you have a dining facing it; don't let the dining table "split" at the middle (if any)
It will be one full piece of mirror instead of 2. But yes will check on the hinges, thanks!!

In my opinion, I find the way the Blocks of flats that were "laid" out in this development may contribute to having more stacks/flats in this unit - experiencing louder than usual "white noise" from the daily MRT trains passing through.
Maybe, the architect believes in the concept of "shared-responsibility for the noise".It is a pity that there is only ONE MSCP car park i.e. Block 526 to shield the estate from MRT train noise.Too bad and what a pity, this is the only car park. But not enough to shield the entire estate from the mrt train noise.
In many other developments; especially the new condo developments near to Lakeside MRT such as the Caspian and Lakeholmz condo; the blocks are lined-up such that only the NW facing flats "enjoy" the loudest noise i.e. closest and parallel to the MRT track. Even the newer Lakefront residences also share this same concept.
One notable difference between Caspian, Lakeholmz and Lakefront residences are that these are "private" condos. And perhaps: "YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET".
While maybe, HDB Costa Ris is pehaps a public housing? And this is why? the mrt train noise should be shared "equally" amongst as many stacks/flats as possible? Hmmm...
What can I do if I stay there? Really no choice! Have to get used to it. At least the good news or consolation is that it should stop after 12pm on normal days other than weekends or a holiday.Nowadays, in my opinion, many of the newer generation trains runs quieter.
Plus at many stretches, LTA installs sound insulation panels.
Thus I believe, noise levels should be a few decibels lower, today.
The other limitation is often trains need to brake... and perhaps if the trains start to brake at around the vicinity of HDB Costa Ris; this may account for more noise than usual trains just running to and fro.

Firstly, Sorry??
Actually quite depressing... after reading all the "bad, bad, bad ...."
Fortunately this is TGIF.. Phew!
1. Please be realistic.
2. Do you know that at least for the last 15 years or more, HDB has very much adopted this type of layout plan.
3. Wow you have close to "Is it bad Feng Shui x 8?"
4. I suggest, if one is so pessimistic ... don't stay in this generation type of HDB flats.
5. Frankly, this is close to being paranoid.
6. Luckily... many others are not as ....
7. This reminds me of a very recent client. The couple used to employ a Feng Shui Master.
7.1. The Feng Shui Master (FSM) insists that the frontage must always be the main door. Nothing but the main door. Thus because of this... they were told that all HDB flats have poor Feng Shui.
7.2. The couple ... told me... sine their former FS is so negative.. does not match that all 81% staying in HDB flats are in trouble!
7.3. The couple refused to have anything to do with this FS. They told me the name of this male.. FSM's Surname..starts with a K _ h
LOL
8. For information, Location, location, location accounts for 70% of the total Feng Shui luck.
9. What you are trying to do is to .....
10. I have locked this thread.. as it is really too pessimistic ... to be given more ....
