Is your TV watching you? FBI warns US citizens that connected televisions can provide hackers a window into their homes - encouraging owners to stick TAPE over their smart TV cameras

P.S. For now I am scratching my head... hardly seen such a TV in Singapore. Unless it is a desktop all in one Monitor screen with CPU... hmmm...

    These are some considerations:

    1. There are always differences in opinions. It depends on whom you ask this question.

1.1 Some Feng Shui Masters (FSMs) would say NW1. While others would still say that NW2.

1.2 Some FSMs would say NW1. But temporary. As ultimately, the actual facing of the house is still NW2.

1.3 Those who say that it will become NW1 based their belief of symbolism. This group simply "eats and sleep" on the "Main Entrance Door". And their Feng Shui revolves around this Main Entrance Door.  If one encounters this group of FSMs. Their answer is always NW1.

    1.4. I am more inclined towards Para 1.1. and 1.2. Thus, NW2.

    2. Frankly, as mentioned above, the reply depends on WHOM one seeks advice from.

    3. The above falls under the Compass School of Feng Shui = Flying Star Feng Shui.

    4. The other application of tilting of the main door is to steer away from poison arrow such as a lamp post aimed towards a main door etc...

    5. Search for Hyatt Hotel and one can find photos in this forum of such a tilt at the frontage of Hyatt Hotel. It is based on Castle Gate Theory. (This is an advanced theory and many FSMs today don't really know what it is or how to apply this. LOL!)

5.1. And the benefit here is both the "flow of qi" as well as avoid poison arrows (if any) where tilting a door symbolise that the main door may no longer face directly e.g. a lamp post.

Another pretty recent incident of tilting of door at a sharp angle can be found.. under this link:-

Castle Gate tilting of main door... similar to that of Hyatt Hotel, Orchard/Scotts

Frankly, few Feng Shui Masters have the expertise to determine and advise on this.
My former Master (deceased) had passed this down to me.

    Hi Master Lee,

Thank you for your detail review.

Is frontage of stack# 610, 612, 634, 636, 674 and 676 facing sea instead of main door or need to see individual floor plan to determine the frontage of the unit?

    Thank you.

Majority of Feng Shui concepts can easily be dissected using a simple formula = common sense driven.

Common sense driven guidelines can be found, under this link:-

  5. Failed enbloc attempt for this 43 years old freehold site with 241 retail and just 78 residential apartments!

    1. One of the oldest Shopping Centres in Singapore No. 5. Queensway Shopping Centre (QSC) 1974 (Sporting goods) shall be business as usual.

    2. As it was announced recently (November 2019) that the potential enbloc has been unsuccessful!

    3. Thus QSC will be around for many years!

    4. I have a few clients who are at the adjoining Queensway Tower residential block = their abode. Perhaps, they may be disappointed.. as lost a windfall!..

    5. Shoppers rejoice, also.. LOL
