  1. Mountain Star = MS Water Star = WS Annual Star = A SW = MS 7 = weak metal (theft of wealth / (robbery = loss of wealth) and WS = 2 (weak earth = sickness). And annual star is 5 (strong eart = misfortune/sickness). The best solution is to use Water element to weaken #7 and #2. Since Annual Star = 5 for this year you can also use additional wood element in this area. At South which fortunately is an enclosed, area: MS#5 = strong earth = misfortune/sickness WS#9 = strong fire fuels strong earth Annual = #3 quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements. Avoid Fire element to cure this as it can inadvertently inflame MS#5 = misfortune/sickness Here, salt water cure can be considered. Or metal cure. Stick to metal cure is best for this sector.
  2. Question: What is the quantity of incense sticks needed to be lit? 1. According to the concept of Yin and Yang, odd numbers such as 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 represent Yang energy, while even numbers like 2, 4, 6 represent Yin energy. 2. When lighting joss sticks, it is recommended for individuals to light up either 1 or 3 joss sticks at a time. 2.1. Alternatively, lighting two (2) wax candles for prayer is also a suitable option. 3. In religious settings, it is common to see worshippers lighting up 9 joss sticks. As previously mentioned, the number 9 is considered appropriate. Upon closer inspection [See Below], the container holds three burning joss sticks. 4. Scenes from the seventh lunar month of 2019, commencing on August 1st, 2019...

  6. You wrote: "The 1st floor is rented out to a medical clinic (with a primary care physician, a dentist and a physical therapist). The 2nd floor is the primary residence area. I was wondering if it is okay to live above a clinic?" So happen, yesterday I passed by a General Medical clinic with seats outside the clinic. So happens someone at the seat started coughing. I quickly ran in the opposite direction. Well this is also about personal preference. Personally, I wouldn't want to stay a floor above any clinic especially a General clinic or perhaps in the US you called it a primary care physician. Especially if it has seats outside this clinic and or those exhaust fan(s) placed in their toilet(s). Equally, I won't want to have the lift lobby in close proximity to the clinic (front) especially if it is opened. Don't get me wrong. As I mentioned this has more to do with PERSONAL Preference with a tinge of common sense. In Singapore, our government has an open leg policy... and there may be lots of unusual illness ... that are spread by air-borne e.g. T.B. and even exotic flu from all parts of the world... even measles etc... no way... Not sure about your country in the North hemisphere... You wrote: Also, is the feng shui of the overall house okay? Is the kitchen too close to the entrance, bedroom, or the center of the house?
  7. These are some considerations: 1. Assuming this place is the Commonwealth: UK, Singapore, Malaysia etc.. 2. Touchwood! There is a higher tendency for a runaway vehicle to plough through the purple arrow. 2.1. If so, depending on the speed of the vehicle as well as type of vehicle, the impact is highest on a straight path. 2.3. However, someone must really be a Bruce Willis of Diehard series.... who wants may even tilt the vehicle slightly and plough through the area that you circled in red many times... 3. In both above circumstances, and a right-hand drive country... yes, one can say that this house is at a T-junction.
  8. NO MAGIC Uses a mechanical "Push-Pin" to activate the seal once door is fully closed 1. I always love to take things apart and understand how it works. 2. This is the hidden panel and mechanical retractable black pin: 3. This is at the other side.. (at the door handle and lock set side). 3.1 This whole external piece can slide out. The plastic cap on each side is to prevent dust getting into the module. 3.2 As well as make it aesthetically pleasing:- 4. This rubber looking or silicone flexible type of seal pushes to the floor forming a seal when the door is fully closed: 5. After 4 years of installation, looks like the seal is still intact although slightly compressed to one side. But nevertheless, still works fine. 6. Close-up of the rectangular seal.... 7. I hope you find this resource useful even if you will not be installing this type of module. P.S. Please note that I do not have any vested interest in this or with the seller.
  9. I personally prefer simple... no frills home... Often after 5 years or more obsolescence... and or spoilt... Recently, especially at iNz Residences... by the time of key collection, the system may be outdated... “Life made more complicated when it is time to replace these ... especially if stopped working.. LOL” This is because most of the vendors of such equipment may include some proprietary circuit that often either you have to buy from them or when the product becomes obsolete. Then good luck! = Life made difficult!

  14. Nice longtong $3/-. Oops, this time round forgot to take a photo before I ate it..LOL Frankly, longtong often taste the same. What is so special about this one is that unlike many others, there is a variety of different vegetables. Where many others have only cabbageas the only vegetable... Plus it is flavourful without the awful smell of garlicky flavours from some other stalls...
