Hi Cecilia, If this unit is at 15th storey then you may have actually misunderstood the situation. This is because newer terrace houses can only be built up to 3 storeys + an attic = 4 floors /levels. Given that the unit/flat is at 15th floor.. how in the world the pointed roofs of such terrace homes becomes a threat to your potential new home. These pointed roofs are only pointing towards same level. Thus maybe 4th to around 6th storeys high at the block that you are interested in. Note: These roof-lines are static pointed-lines. Not some kind of smart "weapon" which can follow up to the 15th floor.
