Petit Jervois by SC Global (en bloc formerly Jervois Gardens)
Petit Jervois by SC Global About to demolish the current flats = Jervois Gardens. The main access is via Jervois Road. While these photos were taken on a new connection road for Princes Charles Crescent. Good for both The Crest and Principal Gardens condo as no need to depend only on the Alexandra View/Jervois Lane links. Have still kept in contact, a previous client at Jervois Gardens. Will be doing a Feng Shui audit with him.

President Xi Jing Peng of China said: . When I was a small child , I was very selfish, always grab the best for myself. Slowly, everyone left me and I had no friends. I didn’t think it was my fault but criticise others. . My father gave me 3 sentences to help me in life. . FIRST DAY: One day, my father cooked 2 bowls of noodles put the 2 bowls on the table. One bowl has one egg on top and the other bowl does not have any egg on top. He said ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want”. Eggs were hard to come by those days! Only get to eat eggs during festivals or New Year. Of course I chose the bowl with egg! As we started eating. I was congratulating myself on my wise choice/decision and wallop up the egg. Then to my surprise as my father ate his noodles, there were TWO eggs at the bottom of his bowl beneath the noodles ! I regretted so much! And scolded myself for being too hasty in my decision. My father smiled and sad to me, ”My child. You must remember what your eyes see may not be true. If you intend on taking advantage of people, you will end up losing!” 2ND DAY: The next day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles: one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. Again, he put the two bowls on the table and said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want?” This time I am smarter. I chose the bowl without any egg on top. To my surprise, as I separated the noodles on top, there was not even a single egg at the bottom of the bowl! Again my father smiled and said to me, ”My child, you must not always rely on experiences because sometimes, life can cheat you or play tricks on you. But you must not be too annoyed or sad, just treat this as learning a lesson . You cannot Learn this from textbooks. THIRD DAY: The third day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles, again one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. He put the 2 bowls on the table and again said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want?”. This time, I told my father, ”Dad, you choose first. You are the head of the family and contributed the most to the family. ”My father did not decline and chose the bowl with one egg on top. As I eat my bowl of noodles, Sure in my heart that there is no egg inside the bowl. To my surprise! There were TWO eggs at the bottom of the bowl. . CONCLUSION: My father smiled at me with love in his eyes, ”My child, you must remember! When you think for the good of others, good things will always naturally happen to you !” . I always remember these 3 sentences of my father and lived and do my business accordingly. True enough, my business was a roaring, success. . Xi Jing Peng

The Visionaire EC @ Sembawang
This is what top-class landscaping looks like... Some people might say they’re not exactly the same. But you can still apply the same principles. LOL Here’s a snapshot of what Principal Garden looks like: clean lines. There are others too, including The Trilinq and many more... Calm, safely designed grounds… not the over-the-top, roller-coaster-style landscaping full of hidden pitfalls like at The Visionaire. Even PARC Life, also an EC, has similarly clean, neat looks like in these photos… So there’s really no reason to say “don’t compare” or that it cannot be done. If so, it does come across as a rather lame excuse.

Feng Shui of Principal Garden Condo - Which units are lucky?
A nice stroll around the development.. Using the wired call system. One thing I don't like the FERMAX was the "scary" sound it makes when a call comes in. Seems like FERMAX nowadays updated to the digital version with a combo HID card access module incorporated into the system. More: Blocks are on "stilts" similar to The Foresque at Choa Chu Kang. Canal and PCN:-

Feng Shui of Principal Garden Condo - Which units are lucky?
Pool steps .. navy blue tiles, not perfect. But can live with it. Given that the pool tiles are of lighter blue colours. Green algae if any is easier to spot... Unlike the dark greenish pool tiles used especially at The Topiary and more.

What HDB didn’t tell you about Punggol (and Pasir Gudang) by 99.co With Singaporeans oversubscribing the Punggol HDB projects in the Aug 2018 BTO sales launch, it would seem that the two main concerns about living in the North-eastern tip of Singapore — namely the bad traffic conditions to the CBD and the air pollution from Pasir Gudang petrochemical complex across the Straits of Johor — have been put aside. In this article, we take an in-depth look at Pasir Gudang, to find out what we haven’t been told about the petrochemical hub. https://www.99.co/blog/singapore/hdb-punggol-pasir-gudang/- HDB Punggol Point Cove (PHASE I) BTO launched in August 2018 + do you know that the architect for this development loves FISHES? The Guidelines for the Usage of Car Porch Roofs in Landed Housing Developments have been revised starting from 17 November 2014. Starting from that day, homeowners have been granted the chance to make use of additional outdoor space and incorporate more greenery into their surroundings, as URA has updated the regulations regarding car porch roofs in landed properties. This adjustment allows homeowners to transform their car porch roofs into outdoor balconies or gardens, aligning with the goals of the LUSH 2.0 Programme aimed at promoting the presence of more green spaces in our cityscape. The recently finished residence has benefited from the updated URA regulations.- External threat from Sharp corner of a neighbouring building
- Feng Shui of Vue 8 Residence @ Pasir Ris - Which units are lucky today?
Another notable development was the introduction of the original external ziptrack blinds that had just arrived on our shores from Australia. Before this, all other developments that had T.O.P., such as The Vales, had only one option: loosely rolled-down blinds with visible gaps at the joints. I was standing inside my long‑time client’s home when, lo and behold, his neighbour’s balcony was in the middle of having the ziptrack version installed. My client called out to his neighbour, and the neighbour replied: “$10K!” The high cost was because the neighbour’s balcony was quite large. Today, however, there are many competitors selling similar products, often 30% to 40% cheaper than this Australian brand. But do an online search for “toxic vinyl,” and be sure to check with your potential supplier about this issue. Below: Location – The Trilinq. It appears that similar ziptrack systems may not be suitable for high ceilings, as shown here by the noticeably sagging material. The sagging is very noticeable on the left side of this photo. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is favourable to have ancillary structures that have rounded edges. Shown are examples of these at Vue 8. Such as one of the dining pavilions and function room buildings:- The Florence Residences 81, 83, 85, 87, 89, 91, 93, 95, 97 Hougang Avenue 2 by Florence Development Pte LTD (Logan Property) - Which units are lucky today? Which have health concerns?
Part 3: Some websites associated with this development shouts : "All units are of North-South orientation!" 1. In broad terms, yes all blocks n this development is ROUGHLY in a North to South or vice-versa direction. 2. However, five blocks mostly the left-half may be more of a NE or SW facing directions. (Currently using eye-ball method only. Not proper use of protractor readings, yet). 3. I cannot help but notice the rough resemblance of this new development's site plan with that of the existing en bloc privatised HUDC Florence Regency's block profiles. Thus in general it is a case of "copy cat" or since the current design looks good, why change it! LOL- The Florence Residences 81, 83, 85, 87, 89, 91, 93, 95, 97 Hougang Avenue 2 by Florence Development Pte LTD (Logan Property) - Which units are lucky today? Which have health concerns?
Part 2: Common Rubbish Bin(s) at the Common lobby area 1. As each unit does not have an individual rubbish bin; in my opinion, one of the key considerations is to get the Agent assigned to you to get a copy of the specific Block's storey plan. 1.1. Don't just take the Agent's word for it! As by the time one place a deposit for the Option to purchase, too late.. if it really materialises that one's potential unit is directly beside a bin or the main door directly faces it. 1.2. What happens if the Agent refuses or claims that he is unable to obtain it. Or that it is "SECRET". 1.3. If this Agent refuses, the next visit, get served by another agent. Nowadays, many developers farm out the Sales to various Agency. You might consider going to another Agency. Seriously, there is no sympathy or empathy.. for such a major purchase. 1.4. Fortunately, I have yet come across a client telling me that the reason why they could not obtain the layout is due to "SECRECY". This sounds familiar doesn't it. LOL-:) 1.5 Looking at the Block layout, this reminds one of Jadescape at Sin Ming. Where roughly each block shares (roughly) the same lobby layout pattern. But don't rely on my words. It may be "Fake news!" 2. In last year's launches, my clients had no problems obtain a copy of the respective floor level plans for each of these blocks. Don't be shy. Go get it! 3. Alternatively, if one finds this a hassle, then go ahead, take your personal risks (if any). Don't later become a cry-baby! LOL! 4. This is a compilation of the most common considerations prior to signing on the dotted line...- The Florence Residences 81, 83, 85, 87, 89, 91, 93, 95, 97 Hougang Avenue 2 by Florence Development Pte LTD (Logan Property) - Which units are lucky today? Guidelines on type of reviews can be found under this link:- You inquired: "Do you have any suggestions regarding which units are superior?" I apologize, but I also have clients who are interested in particular types of bedrooms and their rankings. Therefore, I hope you understand that my primary focus is on them, first.- Very adorable Chinese girl
- Sitting/facing position + Appreciation of the difference between Yin & Yang Feng Shui and the understanding of flow of Qi
Feng Shui is not one size fits all In this instance, it depends on for whom the concept is applied to? The living or the dead? 1. Thus understand that there are differences between Yang (Living) and Yin (Dead) Feng Shui concepts is the key success factor in this write-up. 2. In my opinion, I strongly believe many Feng Shui practitioners today are not well versed in Yin (for the dead) Feng Shui. 3. Once in a while we do encounter someone who without a proper understanding, prematurely does so. Therefore, please try to avoid jumping to the conclusion too soon.- Sitting/facing position + Appreciation of the difference between Yin & Yang Feng Shui and the understanding of flow of Qi
1. This is a sterling example of "don't just follow blindly". 2. Once a while we were asked why our resource on this link is different from some other websites: https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/fun-with-feng-shui/north-west-house 3. Just because one happen to visit one or more sites and they differ from our view-point, does not automatically make theirs absolutely correct and ours wrong. 4. In Feng Shui and many other fields, there can be differences in opinions. More importantly, it is best to understand the rationale for the differences. 5. So why does Geomancy.net not simply follow others? 6. The TWO main reasons are:- a. Two kinds of Feng Shui exists: Yang (for the living) and Yin (for the dead). b. The application of Flow of Qi. GENERAL YIN (FOR THE DEAD) FENG SHUI CONCEPT 7. For the dead, they are no longer living. Thus one way of looking at it is that they no longer breathe nor have function for their eyes, ears etc... 8. In Yin Feng Shui, good qi is preferred at the Sitting position vs the Facing direction. 8.1. In the example, below: under Yin Feng Shui; A traditional grave-site has a Horse-shoe design. 8.2. This Horse-shoe design acts as a protection to both protect and ward of the Bad Qi. For a deceased, they are buried horizontally. And in this instance, the horse-shoe offers protection from "Head to Toe". What better way to protect the dead than to place the person with the head first, 8.3. Thus for Yin Feng Shui, this is where you want to have lots of good Qi behind you so as to ward of the Bad Qi. 9. Most chart today, is replicated from this Yin Feng Shui concept. 10. We have thus opted for the more important Qi Flow direction. 10.1 Here, good for good Qi to flow towards our face:- 10.2 For the dead, they would otherwise be lying on the ground horizontally with their head at the tip of "Horse-shoe" and their legs facing the Frontage of the grave site. Do you see the difference, here? 11. This is the rationale why Geomancy.net adopted the above layout to better reflect Yang Feng Shui concepts. 12. Thus, our charting is no accident nor a mistake. 12.1 As shown by this example of a Qian (Ch'ien) House:- Reference: https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/fun-with-feng-shui/north-west-house 13. In real-life, we cannot just follow blindly. This is why it is good to have healthy differences of opinion. 14. And what makes one think that just because everyone else does the same, and if someone else does it differently, they must be incorrect. 14.1 Here for all you know, it could instead be like "The rose amongst the thorns" LOL!- Who can be my business partner?
