Dear monica, I think shellie should not use plants/vines to cover the beam since according to traditional feng shui it is not a good idea to use plants in the bedroom. I think she should use one of the cures provided by cecil. Thanks. Anon

Dear cecil, There is a dead tree next to my bedroom window and I have been sick since I moved in this place. There is no other room to move my bed to and the land lord wont let us remove the tree even though we are ready to replace it with another healthy tree. Dear cecil, My main door faces the east direction and there are low bushes in front of it. Since I read that one should not disturb the grand duke. I have not trimmed the bushes or removed the weeds. And they have grown too big and look terrible and as a result the path has become narrow. I wanted to know if it is ok to cut the bushes and weeds in the east or it will cause the bad luck. Thanks.
