Posted January 21, 200916 yr Staff The morale of the story is that the rich gets richer, by investing in time and effort to secure (expert) help in finding a good home. The poor as usual, gets into a cycle of poverty: Imagine buying a home equivalent to a ten year old car. No matter how much effort is done (later) to improve their home, the Feng Shui of the home cannot turn it into a "gem" of a car! If one bought a run-down toyota, how to turn it into a lovely 7 series BMW? Again, it is like a family of 8 buying a home equivalent of a small Chinese cherry car! How to fit 8 persons in the car! No way! Have to purchase a car the equivalent of an MPV!
