Posted February 17, 200916 yr Hi there,Over the 2 weekends, seems like alot peopletaking up units at Caspian like no economic recession. Is that a good condo? My attention was then directed to look at the opposite side of the road ... at Parc VistaFrom the property websites... itseemed the price are much cheaper around $512/psf compared to Caspian $620/psfWhy nobody looking at Parc Vista?
Posted February 17, 200916 yr Staff 1. In my opinion, I personally don't quite like Parc Vista as the quieter units are facing or surrounded by HDB apartments. Where it's wall on the other side in particular is the long stretch of HDB block 518. And also surrounded by Blks 518A (HDB office), 517E etc... 2. The side facing the Boon Lay Way is equally noisy.... 3. In addition, Parc Vista is an older condominium. 4. Overall, Caspian, site seems to be a better overall site. As it is not surrounded by government HDB flats. And it is equally close to the Lakeview MRT.
Posted February 17, 200916 yr Staff These pictures shows how close the Parc Vista is or is surrounded by it's HDB government flats... The pictures were taken by me, a few weeks ago....
Posted February 17, 200916 yr Staff In white, further away, you can see the Lake Holmz condo. Caspian is suppose to be built on this empy land.. area...
Posted February 17, 200916 yr Staff Picture shows the site where Caspian will be. It will have all condos as it's neighbours : Lake Holmz, Lakepoint.
