Master Lee, from my elements i have very high water element and low fire element. what should i do to improve my career which is currently not going smoothly. currently working in a manufacturing sector.

1. Please note that what you had mentioned has more to do with partial breakdown of your elements. Often, in career analysis, another important factor is the element and strength one is: for examaple, a person can be a strong water person or a weak water person or a strong wood person vs a weak wood person.

2. Furthermore, the industry one is in and the job scope (job function) one is in is also considered.
