Dear Master Lee,


I read the "Getting Keys - Initial Opening of Door".


Is this a DIY procedure? We would like to do it for our future resale flat.


Is there anything whichwe need to pay special attention to?

Frankly, the procedures are not rocket science. And majority of the procedures are symbolic of "placing wealth into a new home".

 

 

Personally, have already assisted many clients at least a few thousands with it. And many others have also DIY on their own.

 

 

The procedures are non-religious also some clients add additional steps like bringing along their joss sticks or candles and "gold" paper.
