I am a counsellor and a hypnotherapist. What industry element do they belong to please ??

In my opinion, both of the industries should be "wood" element.

And in general, counselling and both hypnotherapist is closely related to a general field known as "growth". For example, we hope that the person that you had counselled would "grow with a better well-being. Both in some instances can also be considered asrelated to field of "healing / hospital" in a very broad meaning of things.

I am a weak Yang fire Pig. I know red and green are lucky for me. May I please know what colours are good for my ( counselling/ Hypnotherapy) business cards ?

Under the Five Elements concept, since you are overall a "weak fire" person, then, the recommended colours are Green (and or brown or wood tone) with Fire (Red, pink or purple) tone.

In general, a three colour or three TONE combination of colours for a company signage / name card is preferred over two colours. As two colours signify "death", while three colours is considered "progress".
