Dear Cecil,

Iam in the process of buying a property for business use. The problem that I have is the compass reading which is dead on between North and North-East-say 26degrees. Please advise.

1. Please note that the border between North and NE is 22.5 and not 26 degrees.


2. Avoid like the plaque if the home happens to land on the compass direction 22.5 degrees as this type of home is on "no man's land". Thus 26 degrees is within NE.


3. So really don't get what you had written?


4. If the home really falls on 22.5 - if in doubt, don't buy that home, please.
