i am currently looking at units in Carabelle. Do you have a recommendation of the better stacks at this condo (by Sim Lian)?

Look forward to your advice

Thanks

General observations:-

1. Rough estimate is that most of the units are of Flying Star: Period 8, NE 1 or SW1.

2. Just be careful of sharp edges from another unit (stack). For example, stack 20; may have an edge or corner that is aimed towards stack 14 (perhaps a bedroom window) or vice versa. Stack 24 with 18.

3. As usual, best not to have afternoon sun soaking into master bedroom walls or thru windows of living, bedroom(s).

4. Again, club house roof fans out creating a sha qi particularly of concern is for stack 29 (less of a concern for stack 28). Thus depending on how high the roof is, avoid having it slice towards the window level of lower floor - stack 29.

5. From a Feng Shui point of view, as all NE1 and SW1 have the very auspicious water wealth location at the "frontage", majority of the stacks facing any water feature is suppose to be very auspicious. In addition, SW1 would equally benefit with the indirect water wealth spirit - facing a water feature. (This good qi will last from now to 2023).

6. All NE1 and SW1 should be balanced as most of the units have "wealth" but health has to be "balanced" in such a NE1 or SW1 layout plan (up to 2023).

7. Please note that Blk 51 and 55, may be prone to the "swimming pool" syndrome: where constant evaporation of the swimming pool water .. due to the morning to afternoon sun, would normally evaporate the "dirty" chemical water from the pool.

8. And as block 51 and 55 are fully joined together, depending on high and low pressure zone, "wind" would often blow into stacks in these two blocks. And often, if one has very young children, they may have some respiratory issues due to the evaporated pool water coming into the home. Often, after a while, many would get used to it...
