The living room is facing the swimming pool (on same level) , so at the same time also facing a slope , becoz this slope is the pathway that leads to the swimming pool. If i stand in the living room facing the swimming pool, this slope is higher at the left and lower at the right. Is this bad fengshui? Thanks!

1. I can only make a general comment : as considerations like the distance to the slope, exactly how far the gradient to the living room etc..

2. For a ground unit condo unit, it is very common to have similar "landscaping". Sometimes it is a blessing in disguise as it may inadvertenly afford greater privacy for parts of the facing direction of the home e.g. next to the living room is often a bedroom etc..

3. A picture would be an excellent choice! Someapartments have PES (personal enclosed space) and if there are railingsor wooden trellis, it would most likely cover the level of the ground.. i.e. if it is not seen ... it is "no longer a threat"...

4. What is more important are things like any tree trunks that slice towards the living room area, bedroom windows since the unit is at ground floor.

5. For club-house, usually where is the roof, as often the roof is semi-circular and more likely may slice thru a unit especially those with high ceiling be it a ground unit or 2nd or even 3rd storey.

6. More importantly, is a water position auspicious or not in relation to the position of the unit in the condo.
