Is a home with two streams (small rivers) good?

I saw a house which I am interested to buy. It has two small streams running through the property passing by both sides of the house and converging in front of the house slightly off centre and flows away from the house underneath the road that runs parallel and in front of the house. Is this a good property to buy geomancy wise?
