The architect of this small development of landed properties have cleverly made sure that none of the landed properties within this estate is affected by a home at the "T" junction. Please see attachment: circled in red. Instead of squeezing one or two more homes between this empty space, they have thus avoided what would have been a home facing a "T" Junction. An excellent way to over-come a home at a "T" Junction! Architects should learn from this Far East development.
