One stretch of the apartments r facing the busy road whereas e other stretch is along the quiet canal. Heard many said along the busy road will be better cos more lively whereas along e canal drained away wealth... but personally prefer a quieter side.
Posted August 27, 200916 yr Staff 1. I have some clients and apparently they had already purchased unit(s) facing the canal. They purchased before engaging my service. And so happens facing the canal side. One of them is a lecturer in one of the Universities in Singapore.But if Feng Shuied properly can still sustain the "impact" of this issue. 2. Ideally, based on Flying Star Feng Shui, the facing direction of the busier side is Period 8 West 2/3 facing which has double auspicious #8's and a good future prosperity star #1. Thus technically, the west facing (busier Bukit Timah Road side is suppose to have better qi) that is correct. 3. While the canal side or East2/3 has double auspicious #8's wasted at the kitchen /yard area. 4. Technically, the busier Bukit Timah Road side should be the better choice. Not withstanding or inclusive of the canal. 5. As you had mentioned, the major draw-back is the road noise and also not forgetting the afternoon sun. It is like the devil or the deep blue sea, which one wants to choose
